While going through a break up, I found fitness to be the best stress relief and cheapest form of therapy. One day I was feeling really upset and I needed to get out of my house so I went for a run. I found it so soothing and therapeutic and soon it became a way of channelling any negativity I was feeling. I decided to trade in all my emotions in relation to my break up for gym membership and a long-term relationship with spandex and sweat lol. Five years later, we’re still going strong.
This year, I’m launching a dance/fitness class with my girl Mira (Jebari), my annual Just Geen’s Funday takes place on 19th August, and I should be bringing out a few e-books too.
