How often do you really give yourself the time to pause, reflect, and reset? That’s exactly what 12 beautiful women did at our Stride and Thrive group coaching event. On October 12th, these women didn’t just show up—they came ready to explore their values, push through limiting beliefs, and dig deep into what’s causing their burnout, all with the amazing support of coach and counsellor Maryane Mwaniki. And what better backdrop to do this than walking through the stunning surroundings of Primrose Hill and Regents Park? Here’s the playback of how it went:

Setting the Tone

We started the day with a grounding exercise led by coach and counsellor Maryane. She invited us all to close our eyes, breathe in the crisp autumn air, tune into the moment. and just ‘be’. Then, Maryane guided us through a powerful visualisation, asking us to imagine how we want to feel a year from now. It was the perfect way to set our intentions and get us in the right mindset.

Coaching on the move

Throughout the walk, Maryane provided thought starters and coaching prompts that really got us thinking. As we moved, we reflected on our lives, where we’re at right now, and what steps we need to take next.

The scenery was life-giving, but it was the sisterhood that made the day unforgettable. We got to pair up with a different person three times to lean into the process.
