Stride and Thrive #2: Move With Intention

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stressed or pulled in a million directions, it’s time to slow down, breathe, and move with intention.
This walking coaching experience is designed to help you clear your mind, release stress, and gain clarity on what truly matters. As we walk through the scenic trails of Hampstead Heath and along Regent’s Canal, we’ll reflect, reset, and uncover simple ways to manage overwhelm and reclaim control over your time, energy, and goals.
By the end of the session, you’ll feel lighter, more focused, and ready to move forward with purpose.
What you’ll experience:
- A guided coaching walk in nature to help you unwind and refocus
- Reflective prompts to help you release stress and prioritise what matters
- A supportive space to connect with like-minded women
- A well-deserved finish at Market Hall Paddington for post-walk reflections
This session is for you if you…
- Feel overwhelmed and struggle to prioritise yourself
- Want to manage stress and prevent burnout
- Need clarity on what’s truly important in your life and career
- Are ready to let go of what’s weighing you down
