20 October @ 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM
For Black women & women of colour who want to boost confidence, follow through on their goals and take action before the end of 2025.

How many times have you stalled on a goal because you didnโ€™t feel โ€œreadyโ€? Or second-guessed yourself in spaces where you already stand out? The truth is, confidence doesnโ€™t show up first. You do!

Thatโ€™s why this one-hour Fly Girl Empower Session is all about The Mindset Edge โ€” a simple framework to help you stop doubting yourself and finally go for your goals with courage and clarity.

What to Expect

  • The Mindset Edge Framework, a tool you can use anytime you feel stuck
  • A guided worksheet to capture your reflections and action steps
  • Live Q&A with the chance to be coached directly
  • Recording of the teaching portion (Q&A will be live only)

Whoโ€™s This For?

This space is especially for ambitious Black women and women of colour who are:

  • Tired of second-guessing themselves
  • Ready to follow through on their goals
