Part cardio, part circuit and part resistance training, our new outdoor FlyFit workouts will see you run, jump and break a sweat to start the weekend on a high! You’ll work through a variety of endurance building and energy boosting blocks during the 45-minute session, so expect good times and plenty of fun with a friendly bunch of women.
About the workout:
– We meet for 9.15am for a prompt 9.30am start
– Beginners are welcome.
– There’s NO bag drop, so avoid bringing any excess bags, backpacks or any stuff that you can’t run with. Bring yourself and at the most, wear a fanny pack.
– Finally, only book a spot if you 100% plan to attend.
Recommended minimum donation: £5
