We love new goals for a new month so we’re kicking off April with a new Fly Girl 30 Day Challenge! Get involved and you’ll start the Spring season feeling motivated, confident and on your way to establishing some great lifestyle habits!
We’ve got some new rules this time round, so between 1-30th April, the aim of the game is to complete the following tasks for 30 days straight:
- Move everyday for at least 30 minutes (walking, gym-ing, running, dancing – it all counts)
- Take a daily pic of your movement activity
- Drink at least 1l of water a day
- Start a new book and finish it by 30th April (audiobooks count!)
- Schedule a ‘me-date’ at the end of the month – a moment just for you to treat yourself, give yourself some rest and remind yourself how dope you are!
To join the challenge, simply:
- Sign the pledge form below
- Let your friends know and encourage them to get involved
- Share the pledge badge ( download here) on social media
- Plan the activities you’ll do between 1-30th April
- After each daily activity, share your progress picture on social media using the hashtag #flygirl30daychallenge
