Run For The Culture’s The Shake Out will be an invigorating fitness and wellness morning to motivate you to move from the comfort of your home. It kicks off with a stretch session from Project Yogi’s Amani Eke to ease you into the day, followed by an energising workout from PT Jade Swaby to build up an appetite for the tasty finale – a brunch cookalong with professional chef Jennifer Akhaya inspired by flavours from the African diaspora. 

Access to the event is open to all black women for only £5 (or FREE for all Run For The Culture race registrants), and a percentage of proceeds will go to to BLAM UK, a charity committing to improving the wellbeing and self-esteem of people of African descent through Black History lessons.

And the best bit? Everyone who attends will also be entered into a prize draw to win one of three sets of Jaybird Vista wireless sport headphones.
