Elle is a thirty-something fitness professional with over a decade of industry experience training women. She brings a fun and positive personality to her sessions, inspiring others to find their love for exercise. Pole dance instructor Jenny started dancing at university and quickly grew to love it. By her second year, she started to teach it, and when she graduated to decide to pursue it as a career. She now delivers group classes and private sessions at Kelechnekoff Studios, and she’s also launched her own pole dance class called Afro Pole – it combines her love for Afrobeats and pole in an upbeat exercise dance class. Matilda is a writer, four-times marathon runner and founder of Fly Girl Collective, a London-based running and fitness community on a mission to challenge the status quo and inspire BAME women to live their best lives through health and fitness. The Collective has been featured in Runner’s World, Time Out, Dose, and Stylist Magazine and offers membership, running sessions and events.
