Time to reset ladies: introducing the #flygirlweeklychallenge

What do you do when you’re social distancing, self-isolating, and you’ve got a bit more time on your hands?⁣

You join a #flygirlweeklychallenge! ⁣

From tomorrow (22 March), we’ll be focusing on movement mastery and making healthy choices – and we’d love for you to join us! ⁣

Week 1: 20 basic squats a day
The aim is to go low but take it slow – and if you’ve got knee issues, opt for a wall squat / sit instead and hold it for a minute.⁣ For the 20 squats, check out this video to ensure you’re using the correct form – knees behind your toes and chest up ladies!

Once you’ve completed the challenge for the day, take a photo, share it, tag us and use the hashtag, #flygirlweeklychallenge. Let’s get it girl!
