The Fly Girl Empower Session: Your Mid-Year Reset

7 July @ 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM

A space for Black women and women of colour to reflect, dream and plan what’s next in 2025.

The year’s flying—and if things haven’t gone to plan (or you haven’t had a plan at all – it happens!), now’s a good time to check in with yourself and figure out what you actually want from the rest of 2025. Whether you’re feeling off track, in-between goals or just ready to move with more intention, this session will help you take a breath and make a plan that feels right for where you are.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Space to assess how the year’s been so far
  • A creative exercise to help you think ahead and reconnect with your value and priorities
  • Simple mindset tools to help you move forward
  • A planning tool to keep you focused after the session

WHO IS THIS FOR?

This session is for you if:

  • You’re feeling stuck, stretched, or a little off course
  • You want to make the most of the rest of the year
  • You’re craving clarity, ease and a bit of structure
  • You don’t need more pressure—you just need space to think
