Our next Cool Down session features DJ Melody Kane and Michelle Norton, who will share how they adopted healthy lifestyles, offering handy tips, knowledge and advice to help you ‘glow up’ – so if you’re ready to kickstart your fitness journey or you’re looking for a dose of inspiration, come along to this motivational start to your week. And don’t forget your notebooks!
Also, proceeds from The Cool Down #2 will go to The Maya Centre, a free counselling service for women in Islington who have experienced mental health issues, trauma or gender-based violence.

Michelle is a personal trainer, mother and head of the Breakin’ Convention festival. Over the years she’s trained with BlockWorkOut in Brixton, organised classes at Sadler’s Wells Theatre and her own fitness bootcamps.
