Despite the ups and downs this year, we’re grateful for the gift of movement. So, in the spirit of giving, we’ve organised the 12 x 12 Run Day – a one-day fitness challenge on 12th December!
It’s simple to get involved: at 12pm on the 12th, head out for a 12 minute run or a 12km run. Once you’re done, take a photo and share it on social media or Strava using the hashtag #12x12runday.
We’re always better together, so no matter where you are, let’s keep it moving as we say goodbye to 2020!
